Library, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI).BARTI has a huge Library,established in 1978 as a Public library under the GR no. UTC- 1078 A / D- 25.The Institute library has a rich collection of around 10000 books, which includes Social Justice based on Dalit Sahitya, Political Science, Economics, Literature, Law and Justice, Reference books, Periodicals and Government Documents: Rules, Annual Reports, Manuals, Handbooks and Various Committee Reports. The library possesses a good collection of titles in English and Marathi fiction, as well as biographies etc. Also we have collection of Thesis ofresearch scholarshipholder Ph D, M.Phil. students.The library has provided a 24 hrs. open study room facility in Yerawada Campus for Competitive exams student, like MPSC / UPSC, Banking Exams, Railway Recruitment and all other Government Exams.The library subscribes popular magazines and daily newspapers. The Institute library also has a membership of certain other libraries in the city (British Library)and government officers/ BARTI staff can avail the facilities of these other libraries.Library is fully computerized from year 2016 with its OPAC accessible.

Maximum 20 pages can be photocopied from a book. Entire book cannot be photocopied. Ph.D. Thesis and Dissertations Cannot Be Photocopied.

Open Access E-Resource

IITKGP It is a pilot project to develop a framework of virtual repository of learning resources with a single-window search facility. It includes Educational materials ranging from primary to post-graguate level.

INFLIBNET National Mission on Education through ICT and UGC initiative: A curriculum-based, interactive content in different subjects across all disciplines is being developed under this initiative.

MEDIA TAPE LIBRARY It is central repository of all educational video programmers produced by EMRC centers.

NPTELE-learning through online web and video courses in Engineering, Science and Humanities streams.

SWAYAM This is a programme initiated by Government of India. The objective of this effort is to take the best teaching learning resources to all. This platform provides all the courses, taught in classrooms from 9th class till post-graduation and it is accessed by anyone, anywhere at any time.

DOAJ Free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals, covering all subjects and many languages.

PLOS Public Library of Science is a nonprofit open access scientific publishing project aimed at creating a library of open-access journals of medicine etc. field. OALIB is Open Access Library. More than 263,388 free accessible academic papers are available presently.

GOOGLE SCHOLAR Provides a search of scholarly literature

OAPEN Contains freely accessible academic books, mainly in the area of Humanities and Social Sciences.

ARCHIVE Library two million free texts now available is a non-profit digital library offering free universal access to books, movies & music, as well as archived web pages.

GUTENBERG Offers over 42,000 free ebooks: choose among free epub books, free kindle books, download them or read them online.

TICTOCS Provides access to tables of contents of over 11,155 scholarly journals
