Project 1:

• Foundation, Refresher, Orientation, and Promotion Training Workshop for increasing the capacity of all the officers and employees of the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance.

Project 2:

• Foundation, Refresher, Orientation, and Promotion Training Workshop for increasing the capacity of all the officers and employees of the Directorate of Commissioner Disabled Welfare, and Directorate VJNT.

Project 3:

• Training Program for Public Representatives in Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, Zilla Parishad, Municipality, Municipal Corporation in various schemes of Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance.

Project 4:

• Training for caste certificates and caste validity certificates to the issuing officers and their employees.

Achievements:

• In the years between 2012-13 and 2021-22, a total of 145 revisionary and basic / foundation workshops have been conducted and 6,828 people have been trained. In this Training Program we trained junior clerk, senior clerk, Warden, social welfare inspector, assistant teacher and headmaster and Mental Retardation Nursery Employee, Peon of the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance. Commissioner of Disabled Welfare, and Directorate of VJNT.
• In the year 2012-13 to 2021-22, a total of 1,346 employee-wise examinations have been conducted
