Training Department

Under the Government Resolution of September 23, 2011, training of officers and employees working in different Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance. In the training workshop we trained, Junior Clerk, Senior Clerk, Chief Clerk, Office Superintendent, Hostel Superintendent, Warden, Head Master, Assistant Teacher, Social Welfare Inspector, Medical Social Worker, Assistant Advisor, Personal Assistant, Mental Retardation Nursery Employee, peon, driver of the Commissioner of Social Welfare, Commissioner of the Disabled Welfare and Directorate of the VJNT.

Post-service and Qualifying departmental examinations of Junior and senior clerks are also Group A and B cadre officers examinations conducted through the institute.

Achievements

• In the years between 2012-13 and 2023-24, a total of 157 revisionary and basic/foundation workshops have been conducted and 7,757 people have been trained. In this Training Program we trained junior clerk, senior clerk, Warden, social welfare inspector, assistant teacher and headmaster and Mental Retardation Nursery Employee, Peon of the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance. Commissioner of Disabled Welfare, and Directorate of VJNT.
• During the year 2012-13 to 2024-25, a total of 2,475 employee - Depatmental examinations have been conducted.
